When I called, I was informed that no appointment had been made. I was told the part was damaged upon arrival, then later told it hadn’t arrived. I found their customer service to be the worst; I lost three days of vacation due to their incompetence, and no one returned my calls as promised, leaving me in the dark. I escalated my issues multiple times without any follow-up. Honestly, avoid this service if possible unless you have time to waste.
