I would never bother to write a review but feel I need to write one for this company. I have never encountered such terrible customer service or inefficiency. Their phonelines constantly ring out, I have also been hung up and passed around different departments on hold for then no one to pick up the phone everytime I have tried to contact them over the past month. I have been chasing the outcome of a repair for weeks and still no answers from them.
