Never replies.Have sent over 6 messages for a refund receipt get the same reply of passed to relevant team to process.NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.It's a shame as HOWDENS is a very good company it's let down by this company *****UPDATE*****Just had an update from Lamona nearly 2 years after writing this review, that just sums up the customer service quality.
