I truly believe this is a scam company and I have no idea how or why howdens have used them. They took £168 for a repair after the dishwasher broke down, 9 engineers have been out to “fix” it and none have managed to. You also have to wait at least two weeks between appointments. I’ve asked for a full refund or a replacement dishwasher both have been refused. I’ve asked for a pro rata refund which is in the CONTRACT this is also being questioned. AVOID AVOID AVOID and spend your money elsewhere.
