After placing my order, I received a message about extra charges due to the name length. I pointed out that the listing didn’t mention this, and after several ignored messages, I opened a case on the platform. They marked it as closed and refunded me quickly. The seller tried to mislead me about the listing details. The order was supposed to arrive by a certain date, but when it didn’t, my messages went unanswered. I eventually got a refund through the platform. Terrible service all around.
