The item came with broken glass The glass was simply packed to retain the sheets in position but without protection. The item has been returned and a replacement is in transit. The return of the faulty product was free but the ups paperwork was difficult to complete. Only after contacting ups who completed the paperwork on my behalf was the issue resolved. The returned item had to go back to the Netherlands which was a real pain as one had to determine post codes and street names.
