The item came with broken glass The glass was simply packed to retain the sheets in position but without protection. The item has been returned and a replacement is in transit.
The return of the faulty product was free but the ups paperwork was difficult to complete. Only after contacting ups who completed the paperwork on my behalf was the issue resolved. The returned item had to go back to the Netherlands which was a real pain as one had to determine post codes and street names.
I ordered a bulb. It arrived in a large box with no internal padding, and potentially as a result of this the bulb appeared to be faulty.They quicky agreed to send a replacement, which arrived today, totally shattered in a very soft box which had no chance of standing up to transit. Tiny shards of glass were falling out. It's baffling to me that they would send a replacement out in much worse packaging.Their response to my complaint was that they could send a replacement but that they couldn't guarantee better packaging as the process is "automated." I asked for a refund, and said that I hoped that they'd take my feedback about packaging on board. A packaging process that is set up to fail from the very start (sending a glass bulb in a soft box!) is useless and only wastes customers' time.Another thing to note is the .co.uk domain leads you to think you're ordering from the UK, but items come from mainland Europe, so delivery is a little slower than you might expect.I would not recommend this company to anyone since they get the basics so wrong even when they're trying to put something right.

The product itself is great. Love the material, the price, everything. However, the last order was ripped open, parts missing, unclear why and what happened. No response to my email either. Bit of a blip or not on top of customer service?
