Have emailed lampandlight.co.uk from their support page to ask for help but no reply.Would appreciate an answer but getting endless emails from 'James' offering me discounts and other such nonsense. Be more helpful if James actually replied to my email? Thinking of emailing the NL firm to ask for help.
