Terrible customer service! I ordered two fans which I quickly realised I could not use as the floor to ceiling height in the rooms was not sufficient. I contacted Lampandlight, who actually replied for the one and only time, said I should return them via UPS, for which they would give me a pre-paid label. On receipt of the fans they would issue a full refund. I followed their instructions. Three weeks after the fans had been delivered back to them (£160 total value) I still had not received my refund. I emailed numerous times but got no replies. I had no option but to raise a dispute and pursue the amount via PayPal. They didn’t even respond to PayPal’s emails! Needless to say, PayPal refunded my money in full.If you do order from Lampandlight, use PayPal for security and don’t expect them to answer any emails or refund your money if you return anything!
