As people have said don't waste you time, I had purchased x2 lamps online and received no confirmation email, I figured there may just be a delay 4 days later still nothing I called the company they advised me the item I purchased has yet to come into stock and will sent me my confirmation when it does, I then asked how long with this take, they said they are unable to say but they get deliveries frequently from the supplier so will get in touch with me when this product comes in, wrong answer as how can they not be tracking their inventory to know when orders will arrive. Since I decided being gaslighted was not on my daily agender, I told them to just issue me a refund so I can go else where, then then advised me they were busy and had alot of emails to go through and will process my refund in the afternoon agin wrong answer. Further this phone call I then get an email stating the item is out of stock and the supplier has discontinued the item and because of this they will issue me a refund (like I never requested this already). I can only laugh at how unprofessional this company is and can only imagine they spend all day issuing refunds for stock they do not have up up for sale. I will finish the way I started this review, just don't waste your time, 1 star is more then this company deserves.
