Service could be improved

I waited a week for my item to arrive, but this was only after I emailed them, which seemed to prompt them to process my order. I was then told it would be sent via first-class mail, which took three days. First-class service, really?

Untrustworthy pricing

Not reliable. The price at checkout was 30 percent lower than what they attempted to charge my bank account. Definitely suspicious.

Impressed with customer care

This was my first order with this company, and I highly recommend them. I needed replacement bulbs that were discontinued. A representative called to suggest an alternative, which turned out to be too bright. She took the time to understand my needs and offered other options. I have reordered. Even though I ordered just two bulbs, they ensured my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed.
