I received my order with no problems, there was some back and forth with customer service regarding the return, I had to indicate issues I found with their return system, but OK customer service was responsive so a solution was found. The item was collected from my home on 8th July, I was hoping to receive refund within 2 weeks as per EU regulations. When I contacted them after the 2 weeks, I was told that the item had arrived at their warehouse on 15th July and that the refund should be processed in a few days. A week later I call back, again will be processed shortly. I reach out again, this time they are asking for my IBAN due to change in their system - there was never any initiative from their part to gather this information from me before. I am given a new promise - the refund is supposed to be processed in a few days. Despite multiple calls and emails since then, still no refund has been processed and it’s 15th of August now. No reply to my last 2 emails. Bitter taste in my mouth after dealing with this company
