I received my order with no problems, there was some back and forth with customer service regarding the return, I had to indicate issues I found with their return system, but OK customer service was responsive so a solution was found. The item was collected from my home on 8th July, I was hoping to receive refund within 2 weeks as per EU regulations. When I contacted them after the 2 weeks, I was told that the item had arrived at their warehouse on 15th July and that the refund should be processed in a few days. A week later I call back, again will be processed shortly. I reach out again, this time they are asking for my IBAN due to change in their system - there was never any initiative from their part to gather this information from me before. I am given a new promise - the refund is supposed to be processed in a few days. Despite multiple calls and emails since then, still no refund has been processed and it’s 15th of August now. No reply to my last 2 emails. Bitter taste in my mouth after dealing with this company
I submitted a return claim for a scratched and faulty lamp on 19th June — it’s now mid-July, and Lampmasters still hasn’t arranged the return.The lamp arrived with visible scratches due to terrible packaging. I submitted the claim on 19th June. It was approved after 2 weeks of waiting, and I requested a return pickup due to the size and weight of the parcel. And since then, I’ve sent multiple emails to chase up the arrangement of the pickup (the latest on 14 July) and made two phone calls on 16 and 18 July. Each time I was told someone would get back to me — but no one ever has.They keep letting me wait and do nothing to resolve the issue. I’m stuck with a large, damaged item in my home for over 30 days, while they ignore my messages and fail to follow through on their promises.This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely no accountability, no urgency, and zero care once they’ve taken your money.Stay far away from Lampmasters. If anything goes wrong, they will leave you hanging.
Ordered pillar lights for our garden but they weren’t good quality so returned for a refund. They charge £15 per parcel for a prepaid return label, but as the company is based out of the UK the parcel took over a week to get back to them. They acknowledged receipt but I have been chasing the refund since June 13th. Was told it would take up to 14 working days (what’s that all about) but it’s now gone beyond that and they haven’t responded to my past two emails. I am owed £560. Would never use again.
This is considered to be GERMAN company. I have bought as a B2B customer, and after they failed to deliver me the last item, I trusted them and agreed to wait for 6 months until item will be restocked. (I PAID FOR IT). After 6 months it has been not restocked AGAIN. So I asked for a refund for the item that has been not delivered. It has been one month (!!!) already that they are conveniently ignoring my emails and not refunding. It is simply shocking. I am not sure what is happening, but since they don’t have the same people working there, since they claim that they have records of their old customers lost (this I found out when I send general request for other item, meaning that they continue selling), and I am pretty sure that soon they will throw that website down and will come up with a new name. So people be careful, and don’t buy anything from them as you will never receive your refund!!!
The item I ordered did not resemble the colour shown on the website, hence I requested a refund. I have now emailed 8 times trying to communicate with the company and not heard back. This has been ongoing from 28th March to 5th May so far, which has led me to place this review.
