I submitted a return claim for a scratched and faulty lamp on 19th June — it’s now mid-July, and Lampmasters still hasn’t arranged the return.The lamp arrived with visible scratches due to terrible packaging. I submitted the claim on 19th June. It was approved after 2 weeks of waiting, and I requested a return pickup due to the size and weight of the parcel. And since then, I’ve sent multiple emails to chase up the arrangement of the pickup (the latest on 14 July) and made two phone calls on 16 and 18 July. Each time I was told someone would get back to me — but no one ever has.They keep letting me wait and do nothing to resolve the issue. I’m stuck with a large, damaged item in my home for over 30 days, while they ignore my messages and fail to follow through on their promises.This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely no accountability, no urgency, and zero care once they’ve taken your money.Stay far away from Lampmasters. If anything goes wrong, they will leave you hanging.
