I still haven't received the order. it was expected to be shipped on july 8, it's july 15 and I have never received any tracking number, update or communication about the order. On the website there is no possibility to send an email.Update 16JULY2025: After searching for a contact number, I had to call the UK number because there is no support for Switzerland. The operator told me that my order was blocked due to an article available on web site but out of stock and they will not restock it. No communication about it. Another article i ordered because was available on the site, in reality is going to be restocked. This generated a delay of 3 weeks to despatch the order. The new expected date is July 25th. I would have never known it without calling the customer care in UK, (because they don't have one in Switzerland). A better communication and a real time stock availability would be much appreciated, together with a swiss number to call. What I can say is that the person I spoke to, was very kind and competent and found a way to update the order and find a new date.
