I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I placed my order on 9th November and waited over six weeks for delivery. During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the item had been shipped, but the tracking number provided did not work and no valid update was ever given.Because of the extremely long delay, I was forced to buy an alternative product elsewhere, which resulted in additional costs for me. When I requested a refund, my request was ignored or avoided, and I was informed that the order could not be cancelled even though I still had not received the item.In the end, I was offered only a 20% refund, which I find completely inadequate given the length of the delay and the inconvenience caused.Communication was poor, responses were generic and unhelpful, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue fairly. I would not recommend this store due to unreliable delivery, lack of transparency, and very poor customer service.
