Total Waste of £120 – Unsafe and Unreliable
I bought two of these lamps and it’s the worst money I’ve ever spent. One completely stopped working after less than two months. The build quality is shocking; components appear to be glued on rather than properly secured, which is a major safety concern for anything hanging from a ceiling. Neither is fit for purpose. Avoid these and buy from a reputable brand that actually lasts.
Avoid at all the costs they are an absolute disgrace . Customer service is an embarrassment they never reply to your e mails even promoting as 24/7 . Their website is misleading it’s not UK based. Goods are shipped from China. Tracking number they provide does not work. We are just going legal with our bank in order to get our order LPUK 35056 refunded . Please avoid and name and shame on all social media
There’s no indication that this is a company based in China, with all products shipped from there. After two weeks, I am still waiting for my order. Since this was a time-sensitive purchase, it has turned out to be a total waste of money.
I placed an order and then recognized the long delivery time and negative reviews, so I canceled it the following day via email under the CCA act and distance selling rules. I received an immediate response offering a 10% refund if I kept the order, which I declined while requesting a full refund. They ignored all subsequent messages. I will now contact my bank and inform them of this scam. Banks should deny them a merchant account to prevent them from operating.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a ceiling lightshade for a high price and had to wait a long time to receive it. When it arrived, I was shocked by its cheap and poor quality. Please don't waste your money on this company; their products are low-quality and overpriced. I would NEVER purchase from them again and recommend finding a better option elsewhere.
I bought a light as a Christmas gift. Delivery was slow, but it eventually arrived. Unfortunately, the light doesn't fit the intended space, so I requested a refund. They offered a 20% discount instead of a full refund, which I accepted. My main issue is that they give the impression of being UK-based when they are actually in China. The cost to return the item is prohibitive. I'm extremely disappointed.
