Their website gives the impression that this is a UK-based business; however, the products are shipped from overseas (China).The order took a couple of weeks to arrive, and when it did, the lights did not look worth the price we had paid. I wanted to return them, but was repeatedly met with offers of partial refunds or discounts to keep the items instead. At one point, after mentioning that we had already installed alternative lights, they even suggested I might have another room to use their product in.After repeatedly insisting on initiating a return, I was eventually given a return address in China. Returning the items with tracked delivery would cost around £100.Their returns page makes no mention of items needing to be returned overseas, which I feel is very misleading. Despite raising this concern, they have refused to offer any alternative solution. As a result, I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider in the hope that they can resolve the issue.
