ZERO STARSPlaced an order over two weeks ago and even paid extra for a shipping protection fee. Nothing has arrived. The company claims delivery “failed because the courier couldn’t reach me,” which is completely false — there was no delivery attempt at all.They sent me Royal Mail tracking numbers and told me to contact Royal Mail myself to collect the parcels. That’s not customer service — that’s them avoiding responsibility.They’ve taken over £100 of my money, done nothing to fix it, and continue to mislead customers by pretending to be a UK company while shipping everything from China.In the past week, I’ve also been contacted by scammers attempting to access my bank account, and I genuinely believe this is linked to using this company’s site — they clearly have my payment details. They have now been reported to a fraud investigation company.Avoid this company completely — it’s a scam.
