While the customer service was polite and efficient, I can't say we're entirely happy with our products. The lights look lovely, but the packages arrived dented, and the product was disassembled. The instructions were absolutely useless. One of the lights had a dodgy wire which shorted our whole downstairs and we had to get an electrician in. We were offered a 15% refund once we'd written a review, as an apology.
