When we originally ordered and paid for our light we didn't realise that this was a company based out of China that would be shipping the light to the UK. As a consequence we were not expecting it to take close to a month to have it delivered which was a little frustrating. However, I realised partway through the wait that I had ordered the wrong light colour (I wanted warm white) so I got in touch with them to ask if it could be changed. Because the company operates out of a different time zone there was no instant response to emails or chat messages which was a little frustrating. Nevertheless I did get a response the following day and they kindly swapped the order for me. So I cannot fault that aspect of the customer service and the item I got was a great light. So, as long as you are prepared to wait, you should be really happy with the product.
