This is the third time we have used this company but after this fitment we won’t be using them again, we had a front door fitted in Irish oak and when you stand away from the door it looks like a kick panel as been fitted to the door at the bottom look awful.We contacted them which it took nearly 3 weeks to come back with a scientific reason why the door is different colour at the bottom, we were never told this at the part we’re we were parting with out money that it could look like this, never use them againAlso the door was draughty I had to wait a week for someone to come and have a look, so I adjusted it myself , very poor customer service for a repeat customer
