LDG installed a supalite tiled roof on my conservatory, completed July 2023. The customer service was oustanding from start to finish, the salesman Owen was honest and not overly pushy, and the installation team were extremely helpful on the occasions I called up with queries. They were also very accommodating when I requested minor changes to the plan, and kept me updated on when things would happen.The installers themselves were friendly and polite, I was impressed with how fast they got the job done, and they did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves.I wanted to see how the roof fared through the winter weather as well as the summer months before posting a review, and I'm pleased to say it has lived up to my expectations and I'm still really happy with it 10 months after installation. The conservatory is now significantly less hot in summer and less cold in winter, so is a usable room all year round. Thank you LDG!
