Arranged (30/04), for survey to replace front door on 09/05, this was gratefully timed as “first call” or at least before 11:30 a.m…didn’t arrive…called LDG spoke to Chloe who seemed quite professional, she contacted surveyor and said “don’t ask me why but he has gone to his Wigan call” she said he “he will call on his way home and will check if it can be done without anyone at the property”, ( I had to go to work), she text me back saying someone does need to be there, I called Chloe, busy, and this person was quite patronising in tone bordering on sarcasm, or unhappy in her employment, said surveyor will call prior to attending later in the day…no call…I text questioning this ‘arrangement’ around 16:00, terse reply back saying he will call and has the correct number…no call…no visit…and no one has apologised to me in any of the conversations, now, I am a social housing tenant, and LDG have the contract, I am not paying LDG money to effect this task, so maybe I am not even on the bottom step on their ladder of priority, maybe I don’t know, however it is woeful service and if they are like this with me, how will they be with you?
