Chris the sales executive informed us that Mark would be fitting our new glass ( Mark has been ill for soas me time) on arrival 05-03-24 one small pane of glass has a crack .I was informed should be replaced by end of week, then a phone call to say being replaced 20-03-24 then a phone call to say this being cancelled due to over run but guaranteed to be done on 28-03-24 phone call at 9.15 to say yet again could not be replaced due to over run. I was supposed to have a phone call before 12pm that never came so i had to call LDG to be told they are going to guarantee replacement on the 04-04-24 which i am not holding out much hope as i feel i have been let down very badly
