Persistently book appointments then fail to turn up/cancel meaning that I have had to take time off for work/ reschedule meetings, only to be called half way through the allotted appointment time to be advised that the "engineer" is running late so they can not attend.This is really poor customer service, if the engineers are busy - maybe some attention needs to be given to the individual in charge of scheduling - maybe look at incorporating some contingency into the times given per job?!Postcode PR1 9AT.So the 'technician came out to undertake the repair, he did a good job …albeit throwing the damaged and removed part down the side of my shed.
