Installation customer service team: I’d sent an email on 24th April to request end caps for my door. They had fallen off. I sent photos. After much chasing up (by email and phone) I got an engineer round (a lovely guy, nothing against him) on 7th Aug (!) to put on the end caps. Turns out those he brought were for a different door type so he needed to order the right ones. An appointment was made (again after more chasing) to fit the new ones on 1st Sept. No show. I called the installation team: ‘the engineer is running late’. Still not show and no call back. I called back today because they didn’t bother to call me and was told that I’m booked in for 17th Sept. I didn’t know that, wasn’t called and again I chased. As I said, the chap who came out, Dave, was lovely but the services/installation team in the office say the right things on the phone but I now know not to trust anything I’m told.
