I ordered a Genifique 50ml refill bottle in March this year. when it arrived from Lancôme online, it went straight into my cosmetics cupboard awaiting its use. A few days ago I got it out of my cupboard and the bottle had leaked everywhere. Upon investigation, I have realised that the box was placed in the cupboard on its side and the faulty lid leaked around the button at the top. I contacted Lancome and they informed me that it was past their 30 day warranty period and they offered me a 10% discount code. A $180 product in a faulty bottle and they take no responsibility. I have followed up the emails but now all I get in reply is a generic "We take all consumer feedback seriously and assure you that your feedback will be shared with the relevant team. ". I tried to ask others on the Lancôme Australia Facebook page, but my message was declined by admin. Appalling. I will be looking for a new skin care brand.
