I ordered a Genifique 50ml refill bottle in March this year. when it arrived from Lancôme online, it went straight into my cosmetics cupboard awaiting its use. A few days ago I got it out of my cupboard and the bottle had leaked everywhere. Upon investigation, I have realised that the box was placed in the cupboard on its side and the faulty lid leaked around the button at the top. I contacted Lancome and they informed me that it was past their 30 day warranty period and they offered me a 10% discount code. A $180 product in a faulty bottle and they take no responsibility. I have followed up the emails but now all I get in reply is a generic "We take all consumer feedback seriously and assure you that your feedback will be shared with the relevant team. ". I tried to ask others on the Lancôme Australia Facebook page, but my message was declined by admin. Appalling. I will be looking for a new skin care brand.
Horrible experience with Lancome.com.au. Misleading advertisements encouraged customers to make purchases with the promise of gifts, yet items were missing from my package. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone calls, I was eventually told the item was out of stock. All they offered was a 15% discount with a 30-day expiry—hardly adequate.This company is dishonest. I will never purchase from them again. Total waste of my time.
I would never buying Lancôme product again. Didn’t receive what I have ordered and also did not been given satisfactory service from their customer service team. They didn’t dispatch the right order to me and tried to refused my claim of resending the missing item in my order. Terrible customer service and experience.
I ordered through lancome.com.auA month ago on the 20th of July and every week since then I've had to call for a order confirmation, delivery status and so forth. Every conversation I've had with the Ecommerce team (the only customer service team that can be called)they have advised me that they have made my order an "urgent" matter and they have escalated it to their technical team, which then in turn customer service haven't heard a response from. In over 4 weeks their technical team hasn't responded to their own team mates to help solve a delivery issue. Same excuses from customer service employees and their management team. No resolve, no product received, no information and they have taken my money. It unfortunate that a multi million dollar company can't resolve a simple matter such as this in a reasonable time manner. Advice from a consumer, do not purchase your lancome products through the lancome website, best to go through a department store.
Absolutely terrible. I bought a Mother’s Day beauty box as a gift for Mum, one bottle pump was broken and absolutely nothing would come out. Service email link on the order confirmation not working, turns out they’ve linked it to a no reply address. Waited. Finally called them and they said I had waited too long (more than 7 days) and they wouldn’t replace it. Who works their way through a beauty box in 7 days?!! Do not buy from website, if you want some proper service go to a department store or just pick another brand that cares about its women.
