I ordered through lancome.com.auA month ago on the 20th of July and every week since then I've had to call for a order confirmation, delivery status and so forth. Every conversation I've had with the Ecommerce team (the only customer service team that can be called)they have advised me that they have made my order an "urgent" matter and they have escalated it to their technical team, which then in turn customer service haven't heard a response from. In over 4 weeks their technical team hasn't responded to their own team mates to help solve a delivery issue. Same excuses from customer service employees and their management team. No resolve, no product received, no information and they have taken my money. It unfortunate that a multi million dollar company can't resolve a simple matter such as this in a reasonable time manner. Advice from a consumer, do not purchase your lancome products through the lancome website, best to go through a department store.
