They deceived me twice regarding their errors

I ordered the advent calendar in early November. When it arrived, the beauty box was there, but not my calendar. I called them, and they assured me they would send another one, but a week and a half later, nothing came. I called again, and they misled me; now they claim there are no more calendars, which means they never sent another one to begin with or stock shouldn't matter. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THEY SCREWED UP THE SHIPMENT (that's why it never arrived, they forgot to ship it), THEN THEY LIED ABOUT SENDING ANOTHER ONE AND NOW I'M WAITING FOR A CHECK TO BE MAILED BECAUSE THEY CAN'T REFUND THROUGH MY PAYMENT METHOD. THEY RUINED OUR TRADITION OF OPENING AN ADVENT CALENDAR LEADING UP TO CHRISTMAS. I'M DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE
