I received the skincare set, but the cream bottle was only partially filled. When I reached out to customer support, they stated they couldn't exchange the item. Upon requesting a return, I was informed of a $5 return fee. This feels unjust—sending a half-filled product and refusing to exchange it or cover the return cost is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be buying this product again. I am sharing this review to caution others about these products. This issue is not isolated; a similar problem occurred with the eye cream as well.
I ordered the advent calendar in early November. When it arrived, the beauty box was included, but my calendar was missing. I contacted the support team, and they assured me another one would be sent. A week and a half passed with no updates. After calling again, I was informed that they no longer had any calendars in stock, indicating they never sent a replacement. Now, two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund. The main issue was their shipping error, which caused the initial cancellation, followed by misinformation about a replacement. Now, I'm left waiting for a check to be mailed, as they cannot process a refund through my original payment method. This has ruined our Christmas tradition of opening an advent calendar. I am extremely frustrated with this service and will not be returning.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I received a damaged product, and instead of handling the situation properly, their customer service showed a complete lack of concern. To make matters worse, they want me to return it with a $5 restocking fee! This is utterly unacceptable and disgraceful for a brand of their standing. I expected significantly better service and care for customers.
False advertising offering a free gift bag with minimum purchase—only for them to fail to ship it to many customers. No notification, no updates for replacements—just 'out of stock' on the website. Last year, I never received an email confirmation or shipping notification. Porch thieves stole $200 worth of products, which I only knew because it was captured on my security camera while I was away. Customer service later confirmed the delivery date when I needed it for the police report. I'm done with deals from them on Black Friday.
I received a defective night cream from a gift set. I typically buy items during events, set them aside, and use them when needed. I opened it in December, 7 months after purchase, and cosmetics usually have a longer shelf life. However, when I contacted their customer service, they stuck to a 30-day return window and refused to assist further. I'm going to the consumer protection agency about this and preparing to fight for my rights. I had a similar experience with another brand, and they sent me a replacement. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I feel it's time to move on.
A group of swindlers! I returned their product and I'm still waiting for my refund! Even if I eventually receive my refund, they charged me taxes but aren’t refunding those, which is illegal! They also charged me $5 for returning their items. They have lost all future business from me. No matter how good a product is, if a company operates in such a shady manner, I will not spend another cent on them. PERIOD!
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Very unhelpful; they don’t even know what a cyber sale is. They kept putting me on hold and didn't understand anything. It's unfortunate that a large brand employs such unqualified individuals who can't even communicate effectively.

THEY RUINED OUR TRADITION OF OPENING AN ADVENT CALENDAR LEADING UP TO CHRISTMAS. I'M DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE
