I ordered the advent calendar in early November. When it arrived, the beauty box was included, but my calendar was missing. I contacted the support team, and they assured me another one would be sent. A week and a half passed with no updates. After calling again, I was informed that they no longer had any calendars in stock, indicating they never sent a replacement. Now, two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund. The main issue was their shipping error, which caused the initial cancellation, followed by misinformation about a replacement. Now, I'm left waiting for a check to be mailed, as they cannot process a refund through my original payment method. This has ruined our Christmas tradition of opening an advent calendar. I am extremely frustrated with this service and will not be returning.
