When you try to connect, it fails. The support team sends altered images suggesting you should "add access to your own Facebook page" as the solution, but that's not possible. The options shown in their "guides" are nonexistent and just edited images. None of the features work, yet they start charging if you have a connected payment method. As the page owner with full access, you cannot add your own access, reinforcing that this is a complete deception.
