The platform is not recognized at all, and they concocted an explanation about using API keys instead of App IDs, which is also incorrect since they lack that functionality too. When you try to connect, it fails. The support team sends fabricated images suggesting you should "add access to your own Facebook page" as the solution, but that's not feasible. The options shown in their "guides" are nonexistent and just altered images. None of the features work, yet they begin charging if you have a connected payment method. As the page owner with full access, you cannot add your own access, which reinforces that this is a complete fraud.

The tool itself is functional, but the support is lacking. I signed up for a package, and while they were very helpful during negotiation, they failed to schedule a kickoff meeting afterward. It takes days to get answers to simple questions about implementation.
