I was assigned to a representative, and though I had high hopes, the experience quickly deteriorated. Communication was lacking, with significant delays and sometimes no replies to emails. Scheduled calls were missed, which added to my frustration. I tried calling for follow-ups, but my calls went unanswered, leading to a lot of stress. While I understand the need for detailed questions, some felt unnecessary, like questioning my spending habits when saving is a normal part of preparing to buy a property. Ultimately, I switched to another broker, and the process was completed quickly and smoothly. I had all necessary documents and met all criteria, making my experience with the previous service feel unnecessarily prolonged and difficult. The delays could have cost me the property I was trying to secure. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service I received. If others are assigned to the same representative, I suggest reconsidering to avoid a similar situation. I do not wish to be contacted about this; I just want to prevent others from facing the same challenges.
