I placed my order with the team store on 24 Nov 2025. The package was taken by the shipping service and cleared customs in the US on 28 Nov 2025. Since then, there has been no movement. I've sent numerous emails and called almost a hundred times, and it feels like no one is actually working there. This company is a complete joke, and judging by other reviews, they seem to be aware of their poor service and simply don't care.
