My package has shown as 'complete' for an extended period, yet I have yet to receive it. The tracking information hasn't been updated since late December, and I placed my order nearly a month ago with minimal updates. I'm also uncertain about who took over the delivery within my area.
My package was delayed for three weeks, and I would rate it zero stars if possible. When it finally arrived, they demanded an additional payment of $60. If given the choice, I would never use this shipping service again. This will be my last experience with them.
I placed my order with the team store on 24 Nov 2025. The package was taken by the shipping service and cleared customs in the US on 28 Nov 2025. Since then, there has been no movement. I've sent numerous emails and called almost a hundred times, and it feels like no one is actually working there. This company is a complete joke, and judging by other reviews, they seem to be aware of their poor service and simply don't care. I have been waiting for my package since October 10th, and it shows that it has departed from Belgium and is "in transit" to Nicaragua. Interestingly, I received another package that I ordered after this one. I reached out via email, but the only response I received was to contact the vendor. My tracking number is EC221215651BE. I just want to know if my package is lost!
Upon receiving an electronic notification that an order has begun shipping from the origin, the team promptly generates tracking information, labeling it with the destination city as if it has already arrived there. The reports include statements like "Grouped at partner facility in the destination city (date and time)" and "Shipped, destination city (date and time)," which adds to the confusion.
Why are companies using such an unreliable company, who has such a terrible reputation?! I ordered from NHL.CA and only after confirming my order, did I see that they are using Landmark Global. I never would have ordered, knowing they are using this courier. Deeply regret. 3 days and package has not even been picked up or moved. I would be extremely surprised if my item even arrives before Christmas. 5-10 business days is a complete lie
When these idiots receive a purely electronic notice that an order has started to ship from the origin (e.g. China), they generate tracking info for it immediately, stamping it with the DESTINATION city (e.g. Richmond, Canada), as if they already received it there. The report says things like "Grouped at partner facility Richmond, BC (date and time)" and "Shipped, Richmond BC, (date and time)"
I bought this item (LTN414754507N1) on November 18th but the shipping seems blocked since then. They don’t give any update, they don’t answer to any request of informations. I filed a report to the selling platform but I think they snubbed it too, so I can’t get a refund. Still wondering why they let their costumers dealing with unreliable amateurs of this ilk.
I beg you, avoid using this delivery company! My parcel has been in "tendered to International Gateway" status for a week.
