I was buying a bed for a new apartment we’re buying in the UK, but doing it from Arizona! Both Charley and Charlotte in customer service were most helpful in putting together my order and making sure my request for delivery being slightly delayed would be included in the instructions. When my US-based credit card wouldn’t go through, they even called me using WhatsApp so I could give my card info over the phone, and then it worked without a hitch!
