I was buying a bed for a new apartment we’re buying in the UK, but doing it from Arizona! Both Charley and Charlotte in customer service were most helpful in putting together my order and making sure my request for delivery being slightly delayed would be included in the instructions. When my US-based credit card wouldn’t go through, they even called me using WhatsApp so I could give my card info over the phone, and then it worked without a hitch! Thanks so much, and so looking forward to receiving the bed!
Laura was so helpful online. I have a bad back injury and it really essential that I get the right mattress to help in my recovery. She took her time to answer my questions and helped me with all the information of the mattress I was interested in. Thank you

I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing from Land of Beds. I bought my son’s Tall Mia Beige Fabric Ottoman bed frame. The bed frame quality felt very cheap, and both the headboard and frame were poorly padded, which was not what I expected based on the description.
The assembly manual was difficult to follow, with unclear and poor instructions, making the setup far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication was also poor — there were no clear updates on the order status on their website, which added to the overall negative experience.
I was disappointed enough to consider arranging a return, but chose not to as l didnt want an alternative product from the same retailer. The product really look cheap and of substandard quality
Overall, I would not buy from this company again. The product quality and service did not meet expectations.
I discovered a place while looking for a specific type of mattress. The delivery details indicated it would arrive within three weeks, which suited my schedule, but the confirmation mentioned a date in January, nearly six weeks after I placed the order. I called the number provided in the confirmation, but it just rang and then disconnected. When I contacted a store and spoke to someone, they assured me I should receive it before Christmas, but I still feel uncertain about whether it will arrive in time for my guest.
