We operate a LANDR account that includes 5 different artists under one distribution account. Several releases from this catalog began gaining significant momentum on streaming platforms and started generating real revenue.

To demonstrate that our catalog was indeed generating royalties, we previously attempted to withdraw earnings through the payment system Tipalti.

On November 10, 2024, we attempted our first withdrawal of USD 251.15.
However, the withdrawal FAILED due to an issue related to the TIPALTI TAX FORM.

Even though the withdrawal was unsuccessful, this clearly proves that ROYALTIES FROM OUR CATALOG WERE ALREADY AVAILABLE FOR WITHDRAWAL AT THAT TIME.

Shortly after this event, a COPYRIGHT ISSUE occurred involving ONE ARTIST within our account. We fully understand that distributors must comply with copyright policies, and we respect that process.

However, what happened afterward raises SERIOUS CONCERNS.

After the copyright issue occurred:

• ALL RELEASES in our account were removed from digital platforms
• including releases that HAD NO COPYRIGHT ISSUES
• including releases that were already gaining traction and generating revenue

After this action, we also discovered that:

• ACCESS TO WITHDRAW OUR ROYALTIES WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
• the TIPALTI PAYMENT FORM BECAME COMPLETELY INACCESSIBLE

Before this incident occurred, our catalog had accumulated approximately USD 1,480.14 IN ROYALTIES.

We want to make one point ABSOLUTELY CLEAR:

THESE ROYALTIES DO NOT COME FROM THE RELEASE THAT HAD THE COPYRIGHT ISSUE.

These earnings come from OTHER RELEASES within our catalog, which were published LONG BEFORE the copyright issue occurred and are NOT RELATED to that issue in any way.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR.

During this entire period, we have CONTACTED LANDR SUPPORT MULTIPLE TIMES seeking clarification and a solution.

However, until today, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE THAT PROVIDES CLARITY ABOUT THE STATUS OF OUR ROYALTIES.

As creators, we consider this situation EXTREMELY SERIOUS.

We are not asking for special treatment.
We are not asking for anything unreasonable.

We are simply asking for ACCESS TO THE ROYALTIES GENERATED FROM OUR OWN WORK.

However, TRANSPARENCY REGARDING ROYALTY PAYMENTS, CREATOR REVENUE, AND ARTIST RIGHTS is something that cannot be ignored.

This situation has gone on FAR TOO LONG WITHOUT ANY CLARITY.
