Actively reducing the number of free features and hiding most of your money, even though trends are consistent. Do not use LANDR if you are looking for distribution, especially when- and likely on purpose- it is difficult to navigate to cancelling a plan. This has screwed multiple musicians out of an extra $100+ in the past. It is also an AI shill company currently and recently hid StreamScan, a very important tool, behind their paywall, too. The reason this tool is important is so you can check if someone is stream-botting your songs without knowledge, which can and has led to artists being banned or songs removed off services without their knowledge until later.
The way this company works is very poor. I deleted my card details and chose for auto payments to be turned off and yet they still took a yearly payment without a notice or warning, or legal reason. After contacting them they say they cannot refund, even though they had no right to take the money. Basically they stole it. Now my bank is having to deal with the situation which is going to take a while. Be aware, Landr are not all they seem. Keep very tight control on any cards or payment methods because they will take money without you knowing. Thieves. When a company steals funds it means they know their product is not good enough for people to choose to pay. Be warned, Landr cannot be trusted. Hopefully my bank can get me stolen money back.
I've been using the service since 2021, and the support team is fantastic—always prompt and helpful. I really enjoy the app as well. The mastering tool is top-notch (exceptional quality). I'm very satisfied.
