I ordered two specific remedies a week ago, needed them for a family funeral. I urgently required them by Thursday morning. I emailed for an update and received no reply. When I called, I found out the items hadn’t even been dispatched. I was extremely upset. There was no communication about sending one item while waiting for stock of the other. Don’t list items if you don’t have them in stock! I could have ordered elsewhere and received them in time! This service needs improvement.
