This company is terrible! DO NOT BUY!! I bought it and tried it and do not like the product, try to go to their website and file a return, there is no info anywhere on how to do so. I sent them an email asking for the info, they sent an email a week later and says they did not receive my reply and the ticket is closed within 48 hours!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND DO NOT WANT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY!! Thieves!!!!
I would not buy this foundation. plus the company states they will give a refund 30days. or replace the item. But that is not the case. You will have to pay for shipping to return and to replace. With no confidence that the replacement will be any better than the first product. the shade was horrible. And after emailing the company they will try to offer you a deal to their benefit of course and you will just be disappointed.
Lanera foundation does not produce the effects as described. It sinks into wrinkles and makes them look worse. It is thick and gloppy. They try to charge you a $10 return fee. They alternately offer you a $33 gift card! Who would want any of their products that don't work. After a long process they agreed to refund my money when I return the product. Blatently false advertising for a below par product .Don't waste your money.
The quality of the the bottle is cheap pump does not pump the make up through had to unscrew to use it. Make up isn't bad. Goes on smoothly but the price is steep for the quality .Womt buy again. Lesson learnt.. Bought far better for half the price.Shipping took a little over a week and the product comes from china which says it all really.
