First off, big thanks to TRS for helping me correct my incorrect order! Secondly, I have been using a voodoo wrap on my injured wrist for a few weeks and just wasn’t getting the results I thought I should. So I purchased the voodoo wrap protocol. It’s been 8 days now of using the protocol as designed and my wrist’s healing has finally started to take off (after 11 weeks of PT!) I am so thankful!
Have been a fan of Kelly's work for a long time, owner of supple leopard, have been dealing with shoulder pain from arthritis post surgery from 10 years ago. I perform Kobudo and love swinging mace and KBs. The ready state is the only thing that has helped me manage my shoulder pain as well as maintaining my ability to perform for my 3rd Dan in kobudo at 55.
I received my roller in a timely manner and appreciate the videos explaining ways to use it. I trust Kelly to give up to date information and no gimmicks. The other and main reason I follow The Ready State is when they suggest an exercise they give the reason behind it, not just perform it because.

The package includes a schedule of workouts, mobility modalitities, nutrition, and coaching which provides a head to toe approach to maintaining good habits. The "system" really takes the guess work out about working out, recovery, eating, stretching, etc. Their positive input and quick responses are truly appreciated. The online community is helpful and resourceful too. I am nearing the end of week #2 of 12 and loving it. I have zero negatives to report.
It was really confusing to try to set things up. I still don't know exactly how to get things started with the Ready State. Wish it was more clear how to get started and get things moving. I am behind already and not sure where to begin things.
