Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating when trying to track my order. They provide a link to the shipping service, but it reveals nothing about my package's whereabouts, stating the delivery date is unknown. It's been six full days since I paid for expedited shipping that was promised in 2-3 days. Their phone line is constantly busy, and the live chat option just says they missed me, directing me to email or call instead. The email responses are unhelpful; it took three days for someone to respond, only to say they are still within their timeframe. To me, 2-3 day priority shipping means receiving my item promptly, not waiting endlessly. I paid $17 for priority shipping expecting a quick delivery, not delays. Even attempting to cancel on the same day was futile since it claimed my order was already being processed, which feels misleading as it seems they haven't even started on it yet. They send apologies for the delay but offer no real solutions, blaming the shipping service for not picking up the order. I still have no idea where my nearly $150 worth of products is, and I have not received any updates on my order.
