Never received my hair dryer because we had deep snow & an ice storm where our road house was inaccessible for 17 days. From the delivery confirmation pic, the AMAZON DRIVER set my package on the ground at the mouth of our road, next to the road sign. We couldn't even get there by driving or hiking because it was steep & solid ice. The unsecured package is gone
I think it is a good product, but there is a learning curve. I have not yet mastered it. I find it does make my hair smooth easily. I need to work on the curling part though. It has a nice long cord which I love and I bought pink which makes me happy. It heats quickly with a large temperature range, is cool to handle so I'm confident I won't get burned when using it. I am taking off one star because the instruction manual was very brief and mostly addressed safety. Since it is so different than a standard curling iron I would like more instructions.
Quick shipping, and a great product. I love my Le Volume hair dryer so much! It makes drying my super long hair quick and easy. Plus, it leaves my hair smooth and frizz-free, I don't even need to use my straightener most days!
I sent the information to your customer service regarding the defusser I needed she asked me for the model number of my hair dryer. She stated that I would need this item and it would fit. It arrived today and it does not fit it's too big. How can I return it for a refund? I thought she would know exactly the correct item but apparently not. Your people need to know your merchandise to assist the customer.
CANCELED MY ORDER! IT NEVER SHIPPED, EVEN AFTER THEY SAID IT WOULD BY 23RD. Worst customer service ever dealt with. Ordered 3 weeks ago and will never order again. They say items will ship in 3 to 7 days. Mine still hasn't shipped. tried multiple ways to reach customer service. Finally after a week I got a text. The rep was less then helpful and quite rude. telling me one of my items was on backorder and they won't ship the other one until there both available. "because that's how it works when there in the same warehouse." Then I said she was rather rude and they wanted to cancel my order. How ridiculus. I spent over $100 on one order and got no update on delays. I will never order from them again and will stop suggesting them to others after this. Very disappointed. Now on campaign to let everyone know how "customer service" treats paying customers.
Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating when trying to track my order. They provide a link to the shipping service, but it reveals nothing about my package's whereabouts, stating the delivery date is unknown. It's been six full days since I paid for expedited shipping that was promised in 2-3 days. Their phone line is constantly busy, and the live chat option just says they missed me, directing me to email or call instead. The email responses are unhelpful; it took three days for someone to respond, only to say they are still within their timeframe. To me, 2-3 day priority shipping means receiving my item promptly, not waiting endlessly. I paid $17 for priority shipping expecting a quick delivery, not delays. Even attempting to cancel on the same day was futile since it claimed my order was already being processed, which feels misleading as it seems they haven't even started on it yet. They send apologies for the delay but offer no real solutions, blaming the shipping service for not picking up the order. I still have no idea where my nearly $150 worth of products is, and I have not received any updates on my order.
I truly enjoy all of my Lange products and tools. I recently swapped out my Le Pirouette, but I'm not quite fond of the smoothness of the buttons. While it has a stylish appearance, for someone with nerve issues in my hands, it's challenging to distinguish the flat buttons from the originals. Nonetheless, I still appreciate the look the tool provides.
In my view, any item purchased from this company is exceptional; every appliance and product they offer is remarkable. It enhances shine, adds fullness, and dries hair faster. All of their products are fantastic, and I own about five or six different types. I assure you, this is the product to choose—don't waste your money on alternatives.
