Never received my hair dryer because we had deep snow & an ice storm where our road house was inaccessible for 17 days. From the delivery confirmation pic, the AMAZON DRIVER set my package on the ground at the mouth of our road, next to the road sign. We couldn't even get there by driving or hiking because it was steep & solid ice. The unsecured package is gone
