Whilst the product itself is fine, trying to maintain it by ordering more parts is aweful. Recently I ordered some more parts for my pump and some were missing in the order, I went through their website the same day to ask for them to be sent out and sent pictures of what had arrived and my order confirmation. Customer service is absolutely abominable! They requested the same information 3 times and it was sent every time, including the initial contact form, they took days to answer and it wasn’t until 10 days later they said they would send a replacement one out. By this time I had already decided to get another pump as I couldn’t rely on them. They also do not give a contact name despite being asked over 5 times and it’s always just signed “customer services”. They do not care about the customers and to be quite honest their responses were empty and robotic.I have since purchased a much better pump and will be advising friends to avoid Lansinoh at all costs which is a shame as the pump itself is adequate but if you cannot maintain it then what’s the point!
