I ordered a facemask in early December and paid for it. I returned it because the reviews online were misleading. This was very deceptive, and further reviews I found afterward were negative. This practice is unacceptable. I have proof of postage for the returned item, yet I'm being denied a full refund. This is against the law. A photo of the delivered item should not be necessary for a refund. I advise avoiding this company and will report them to trading standards, in addition to pursuing a claim in small claims court for my refund.
